Treasuries little changed, yields across the curve within a basis point of Friday’s close, at the start of U.S. session whose main calendar events include quarterly financials from Goldman Sachs and Citi before the
equity open.

The U.S. is open to facing “repercussions” if it doesn’t live up to its commitments in a potential trade deal with China, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said, in a sign that the two sides are edging closer to an accord.

Brazil analysts cut their growth estimates for this year and next while a key measure of activity fell short of forecasts in fresh sign of headwinds in Latin America’s largest economy. Analysts cut their 2019 growth
forecast to 1.95 percent from 1.97 percent.
