Treasuries are near session lows reached during European morning as S&P 500 E-mini futures tested Monday's highs. Supply also may be a factor, with U.S. set to auction $78b of notes and bonds over the next three days.

A measure of underlying U.S. producer prices rose at the slowest pace in more than a year, signaling inflation pressures remain muted and potentially reinforcing calls for the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates.

Bank of England policy makers reiterated the downside risks to the U.K. economy from Brexit and global trade tensions, even as they emphasized that interest rates could still rise.
