Millennium Corporate Announces New President/CEO

Millennium Corporate Credit Union announces current Interim President/CEO Brady McLeod has been named President/CEO, effective Monday, April 14, 2025.

Brady began his credit union career in 1998 as a Financial Analyst with Kansas Corporate Credit Union. Over the next two and a half decades, he advanced through a variety of leadership roles—including Senior Financial Analyst, Registered  Representative, Department Manager, and ultimately, Vice President of Finance & ALM in 2023. In this capacity, Brady led the corporate’s asset/liability management (ALM) strategy and supported its ALCO/ERM Committees. He stepped into the Interim President/CEO role in February 2025, following the passing of former President/CEO Kent Gleason.

Brady brings a deep well of expertise in investment strategy, ALM, and liquidity optimization. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in driving Millennium’s financial strength, member service initiatives, and strategic resilience. During his recent tenure as Interim President/CEO, he has maintained organizational stability, strengthened interdepartmental collaboration, and guided the corporate through a pivotal time.

“Brady has devoted nearly his entire professional career to serving the member credit unions of Millennium Corporate. As a loyal and dedicated employee for over 27 years, no one knows more than Brady about how the Corporate can help our members grow and thrive. The members of our Board of Directors have the utmost respect and confidence in Brady’s ability to lead the organization forward, and we look forward to working alongside him to do just that,” shares Greg Winkler, Millennium Corporate Board Chairman and Azura Credit Union President/CEO.

“I’m deeply grateful for the mentorship and leadership of Larry Eisenhauer and Kent Gleason, both of whom played pivotal roles in shaping my career,” said Brady McLeod. “Working alongside them, I saw firsthand the vision, dedication, and resilience it takes to lead with integrity and impact. I’ve worked to model those same qualities in my own leadership, and I’m honored to step into this role as Kent’s successor. I’m fully committed to guiding
Millennium into its next chapter—focused on strength, stability, and forward-looking innovation.”

A Wichita native, Brady earned his business degree from the University of Kansas. He and his wife, Sandra, have been married nearly as long as he’s been with Millennium. Together they’ve raised four children and are proud grandparents of four—with a fifth grandchild on the way. As almost empty nesters, Brady and Sandra are embracing a quieter home life, filling their time with family, travel, good coffee, great food, and staying active.

Brady McLeod officially assumes the role of President/CEO on April 14, 2025.
